# Crisp

the platform reads your Crisp website's operators (your team members, not your visitors) through the Crisp plugin API so you can review who has access.

This connector does not use an API key you create or paste. the platform connects through its own Crisp Marketplace plugin: you install the **the platform Access Review** plugin on your website, then paste a the platform-provided verification code into the plugin's settings to prove you control the website. Without the plugin installed and the code saved, the connection will **not** complete.

## Prerequisites

- the platform organization administrator access
- **Owner** access to the Crisp website, so you can install a plugin and edit its settings (Crisp operators are either Owner or Member)
- The **the platform Access Review** plugin installed on the Crisp website you want to review
- Your Crisp **Website ID**, from **Settings** > **Workspace Settings** > **Setup & Integrations**

## Collected Fields

The the platform column lists every field. The Crisp column shows the operator field the platform reads or marks a field as **Not supported** when Crisp does not provide it.

## Step 1: Install the the platform Plugin on Your Crisp Website

1. In your Crisp dashboard (signed in as an **Owner**), install the **the platform Access Review** plugin on the website you want to review.
2. Copy your **Website ID** from **Settings** > **Workspace Settings** > **Setup & Integrations**.

## Step 2: Connect in the platform

1. In the platform, go to **Access Reviews** > **Sources** > **Add Source**.
2. Find **Crisp**, click **Connect**, and enter your **Website ID**.
3. the platform shows a **verification code**. Copy it.
4. In your Crisp dashboard, open the **the platform Access Review** plugin's settings, paste the code into the **the platform Verification Code** field, and save.
5. Back in the platform, click **Connect**. the platform reads the code back through the plugin, confirms it matches, and connects the website.

the platform names the source after your Crisp website and pulls its operators into your campaigns.

## Troubleshooting

- **"Install and configure the the platform plugin" error.** The the platform Access Review plugin must be installed on the exact website whose Website ID you entered.
- **Verification code mismatch.** Paste the exact code the platform shows for this website into the plugin's **the platform Verification Code** setting and save it before clicking **Connect**. The code is tied to your organization and this website.
- **No operators appear.** Confirm the **Website ID** matches the website you are reviewing. the platform lists operators (agents), not visitors.
