Transparency about the role, capabilities and limitations of the ZebraByte widget.
1. Ce face widgetul
The ZebraByte widget is a client-side tool that offers preferences such as text magnification, contrast modes, font for dyslexia, text-to-speech, stop animations and highlighting navigation elements. It does not permanently change the source code of the site.
Does not guarantee compliance with WCAG/EAA
Installing a widget or overlay does not automatically make the site compliant with WCAG, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act or other applicable requirements. Real compliance requires fixing the HTML structure, keyboard navigation, contrast, alternative texts, forms, focus and compatibility with auxiliary technologies.
It is not a legal shield.
The use of the widget does not give immunity from complaints, complaints or other obligations. The website operator remains responsible for evaluating applicable requirements and for the accessibility of its service.
4. Overlay-ul este complementar
ZebraByte does not present overlay as a substitute for affordable development. We recommend technical audit, manual testing and troubleshooting in the core product.
Use and Liability
The tool is provided to help users adapt their experience.Before use in regulated or high-risk contexts, the organization must validate the operation, compatibility and applicable legal documentation.
Privacy and Architecture & Migration Reference
The published version of the widget is designed for local preference processing. For additional control, the script can be self-hosted. The organization that implements it must check the version actually used and its CSP/privacy policies.
