The Role

You work close to company leadership across the work required to keep an early-stage technology business moving: strategy, go-to-market, sales operations, automation, revenue tracking and operational problem-solving.

One day you may be shaping a pitch deck, the next building an automation to improve a sales flow, and the next investigating why a business metric does not reconcile.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy: Support market research, competitive analysis and evaluation of new opportunities.
• Go-to-market: Work hands-on with outbound, campaigns, messaging, sales operations and experiments.
• Automation & Sales Ops: Build workflows, AI agents and automations that reduce repetitive work.
• Revenue tracking: Help keep pipeline, deals, recurring revenue and renewals measurable and understandable.
• Operations: Take ownership of practical problems that need to be solved to keep the business moving.

What We’re Looking For

You’re likely to fit this type of role if you:

• Enjoy technology and are genuinely curious about how systems and businesses work.
• Take responsibility for mistakes, learn quickly and keep moving.
• Are comfortable in an early-stage environment where not every process has a playbook.
• Understand the basics of AI agents, LLMs and automation and want to use them practically.
• Communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with a startup, side project or something you built and launched yourself.
• Practical comfort with AI-assisted research, coding or workflow automation.
• Interest in security, compliance, SaaS operations or technical B2B services.

Working With AI

Modern operations roles increasingly use tools such as OpenAI, Codex, Cursor and other AI-assisted workflows to research, automate and ship faster. The important skill is not simply knowing a tool name, but knowing how to apply AI safely and productively to real work.
