The ZebraByte rules for the registration, transfer, renewal and administration of domain names ordered through our services.

1. Rolul ZebraByte
ZebraByte can facilitate the registration and administration of domains through third-party registers and registers. The domain name is not “sold” as absolute property; the right to use is subject to the rules of the extension, the registry, the registry and the period for which the registration is valid.
Rules of the Register and Registrar
Each TLD may have its own requirements regarding eligibility, identity validation, registrant data, nameservers, transfers, disputes, suspension, renewal, grace period and redemption period. The customer agrees that these rules apply in addition to the ZebraByteTerms and may be modified by the organization administering the extension.
3. Datele registrantului
The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date data for the registrant and the contacts associated with the domain. If the registry or registrar requests data verification, the customer must complete the verification within the communicated timeframe. Failure to comply with mandatory procedures can result in the suspension or loss of the domain without ZebraByte being able to cancel the registry/registrar decision.
4 Registration of
Registration is final only after acceptance by the registry/register.ZebraByte does not guarantee that a domain displayed as available will remain available until the transaction is completed and may reject an order that does not meet the requirements of the extension or presents a risk of abuse, fraud or infringement of third party rights.
Premium domains and tariffs
Some registries classify certain names as premium and set different rates for registration, transfer or renewal. The price confirmed in the ordering process prevails. Registry rates may change, and renewal may have a price different from the original registration.
Renewal and expiration
The Customer is responsible forining accurate billing data and paying the renewal before the applicable deadline.ZebraByte may send renewal notifications as a measure of convenience, but the Customer must not rely solely on receiving them.
After expiration, the availability of a grace period or redemption period depends on the TLD and the registry rules. Restore fees may be significantly higher than a normal renewal.ZebraByte does not guarantee the recovery of a domain after expiration, even if the registry allows a restore procedure.
7. Transferuri
Transfers may require the unlocking of the domain, an authorization code, the validation of the registrant's contact and compliance with the blocking periods imposed by the registry or registrar.ZebraByte cannot bypass mandatory restrictions. The customer can request the transfer to another registrar when the domain is eligible and there is no applicable legal or registry restriction.
Promotions and areas included in a plan
If a plan includes a registration or transfer without additional cost, the eligible extensions, duration of the promotion and conditions are those shown in the applicable offer at the time of the order.
Rights of Third Parties and Disputes
The Customer is responsible for verifying whether the requested name infringes trademarks, trade names, copyrights, name rights or other third-party rights. Domain disputes are settled in accordance with the policy applicable to the TLD (e.g. registry dispute mechanisms) and the decisions of competent authorities or courts.
Abuse, security and legal obligations
ZebraByte may apply blockages, DNS changes, suspensions or other measures when they are imposed by the registry/register, by a competent authority or when they are necessary to manage a serious security risk or abuse, within the limits of the contract and applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
The registers and registrars are third-party systems.ZebraByte does not guarantee any decisions, terms or functionalities that are exclusively under their control.ZebraByte liability remains subject to the General Terms and any specific agreement.
