Cloud and on-premise migration
We plan and execute the migration of servers, applications and databases to a new infrastructure with inventory dependencies, testing and rollback plan.
Legacy ZebraByte service · preserved
We keep it as route and historical content, but we connect it to the current positioning: security engineering, secure infrastructure and migration control, not general IT volume management.
We plan and execute the migration of servers, applications and databases to a new infrastructure with inventory dependencies, testing and rollback plan.
We design and configure cloud services, servers and network components according to workload, risk, availability and operational requirements.
We apply principles of least privilege, segmentation, defensive configurations, patching and reduction of unnecessarily exposed services.
Accounts, roles and permissions for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, directories and other services are managed according to the minimum required access principle.
Transit and rest encryption is combined with access control, backup and recovery processes, not treated as a separate chip.
We keep configurations, ownership, change procedures and recovery steps documented for operation and readiness audit.
Process
We retain the substance of the previous ZebraByte process, but we do not publish here the statistics, testimonials or old SLAs that have not been validated for the new offer.
We inventory assets, dependencies, accounts, integration with suppliers and critical services.
We set the target architecture, controls, migration plan, change window and rollback.
We build the environment in parallel and transfer data/applications without prematurely stopping the existing service.
We test functionality, access, security, observability, DNS/TLS and recovery procedures.
After cutover, the service can go into Secure Managed Hosting/managed security instead of remaining without ownership.
