Yousign

the platform reads your Yousign organization’s members through the Yousign API so you can review who has access.

Use a Production API key created in Yousign under Developers > API keys. A Sandbox key will not work, because the platform calls the production API at api.yousign.app and Yousign keeps the Sandbox and Production environments fully isolated.

Prerequisites

• the platform organization administrator access
• The Owner or Admin role in Yousign (Members cannot create API keys)
• A paid Yousign API plan, since Production API access is not part of the free trial (which is Sandbox only)

Step 1: Create an API Key

1. In Yousign (signed in as an Owner or Admin), go to Developers > API keys.
2. Click New API key (or Start integration for your first key). Set Environment to Production, Scope to Organization so the key sees every member, and Permission to Read only, since the platform only reads your members. Add a description (e.g. Probo Access Review).
3. Click Create API key, then copy the key and store it securely. It’s shown only once.

Step 2: Connect in the platform

1. In the platform, go to Access Reviews > Sources > Add Source.
2. Find Yousign, click API Key, paste the key, and click Connect.

the platform names the source after your Yousign organization and pulls its members into your campaigns.

Troubleshooting

• Key rejected. Confirm it’s a Production API key created by an Owner or Admin. A Sandbox key authenticates only against Yousign’s sandbox environment, which the platform does not use.
• No members appear. The key must belong to the organization you’re reviewing and be scoped to the Organization rather than a single Workspace.
